Circles Primary
The Woodland Group
We allow children to develop themselves through healthy engagement with risk, problem-solving and self-discovery, all within a natural environment in a hands-on and thoughtful manner.
Within the Primary Group at Circles, we aim to promote the holistic development of all involved, fostering resilient, confident, independent, and creative learners helping them to not only grow within themselves but gain insight to supporting others too.
Our Woodland Group offers learners the opportunity to take supported risks appropriate to the environment and to themselves.
We focus on multi-sensory activities that can help improve concentration and the motivation to learn. At Circles we can help children with learning disabilities or additional needs to gain more independence and self-confidence, reduce anxiety, build resilience, and improve their communication skills. We create and promote a safe, non-judgemental environment that is accessible to all.

Educational Psychologist Feedback on Student ‘Daniel'
”I’ve been working with Daniel for 3 years and this is the happiest and healthiest I have ever seen him - he is thriving. I saw him engage with 3 different adults, he showed emotion and was laughing. Gregg is a great mentor for Daniel; they bounce off each other.
All staff were aware of Daniel's bug check, and he is happy to ask any member of staff for help. The staff were very tuned in to the other students' needs. Shirley said it is very clear how much time and effort the staff put into the children and how they build positive relationships, trying to help regain trust in people, which is exactly what Daniel needs to feel safe and this the perfect environment for him to thrive like he is.
Also particularly impressed with how positive the relationship is that the team have built with Charlie, alongside the very positive support that I witnessed being done with other learners onsite today.”
