Working in an Alternative Education setting as well as Special Education Needs is very important to me. Having a neurodiverse child made me see the level of support and understanding individuals need throughout their lives. This started me on my journey into education where I worked in SEN settings, which led me to Circles. This role enables me to continue with work I feel passionate about while working in an outdoor setting that I love.
