I started working at Circles when I was 18 years old, beginning my journey in Business Administration. Although I took a year and a half break along the way, I returned with a strong passion for developing my career within the organisation. Over the years, I have grown in confidence, experience and responsibility, progressing into my current role as a Group Leader.

I really enjoy working within alternative education and supporting young people in a different way from traditional education settings. I value building positive relationships, understanding individual needs and helping young people feel supported and encouraged to reach their potential. My journey at Circles has allowed me to develop both personally and professionally, and I am proud of how far I have come.
