Meet The Circles Team
Gardening, particularly growing my own vegetables and herbs. I love true crime concentrating on the forensics whether reading or in documentary . I also love adding to my tattoo collection!
After joining the army straight from school, I became an Army wife and then eventually an Army mum, this led me into helping support both soldiers and their families through difficult times and sometimes bereavement. This continued into civilian life, both with civilians and Service veterans on a voluntary basis.
I continue to help support a wide range of clients through holistic therapeutic counselling.
I have worked in many schools and have found Circles to be a perfect home where I can holistically support the learners in their endeavours to be the best they can.
In my(very) long career span I have enjoyed many child centred posts, from Teaching Assistant, Montessori nursery teacher, Nursery Manager, Child minder, Foster carer, Tutor, and Counsellor. I believe in using an holistic input including; diet, exercise, talk therapy, CBT etc as each individual warranted. Re -training later in my career as a Reiki Master (The Japanese form of meditative life force energy transference therapy) a Hypnotherapist, and Life coach I have extended my methods and tools to help guide people calmly and peacefully through challenging times.
