My names Millie, as a teenager I felt misunderstood and alone, but I found that there were adults around me in education and at home that all put effort in to help me reach my potential and feel seen. These adults inspired me to work with children and young people so that I could help others too. I then started working at Circles and quickly realised it is my dream job. Helping young learners, teaching them new skills and learning from them every day.
