I am deeply passionate about the outdoors and the transformative power it holds for children of all backgrounds, especially those with SEN and SEMH needs. For over 17 years, I have dedicated myself to creating safe, enriching Bushcraft and survival experiences that allow young people to discover their own strength, resilience, and sense of belonging. Forest School has been more than a role for me it’s been a way to help children connect with nature, express themselves freely, and find confidence in who they are.

Alongside my work with young people, I am equally committed to empowering adults through high-quality First Aid training and supporting others in managing large, diverse teams. I believe in building people up, equipping them with the skills, calmness, and clarity they need to lead, protect and inspire. My journey has always been driven by connection between people, between nature, and between the lessons we learn when we step outside our comfort zones.

This is more than a career for me, it’s a calling rooted in helping others grow, feel seen, and realise what they’re capable of.
