I was the student at school who was misunderstood, struggled to sit still, and struggled to ask for help. I had a teacher who always helped me and tried to understand me and because of her i always knew i wanted to work with children and help them. 

I left school and done an apprenticeship in childcare and stayed with working with children under 5 for 16 years working my way up to deputy manager. Now it was time to move on to a different age of children and helping them and bang, im now at circles loving how its all about the students as individuals and letting them see their full potential.
